Congratulations to our Director Shelagh Carter, whose short film One Night was awarded “Best Manitoba Short Film” at the Gimli Film Festival, July 20, 2011.

Shelagh created One Night during her time at the Canadian Film Centre.

Like Passionflower, One Night features intense scenes between a husband and wife, showcasing Shelagh’s art of evoking strong performances from her actors.
